Our Promoters

Mr. Naavniit Miterr a 2 nd generation entrepreneur in the family, has an expertise in Automobile Sector, Real estate, Wire Cable and Switchgear. Having an experience of over 40 years in Financial Management, Strategic Planning and Business Operations in Manufacturing Industry, with his aesthetic business sense he took over as the Managing Director in the year 1986 followed by leading the other Miterr group of companies.

He has acquired his technical learning from USA and has expert Knowledge in the manufacturing of Automobile products.    

A high-spirited person, extensively travelled the world for various Fairs, Exhibitions and Manufacturing Plants. Has acquired and enhanced his Knowledge and skills which has benefitted his personal and professional growth.  

He has been associated with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and is now serving as the Chairman of CII- Amritsar Zonal Council and has been representing the Miter Group of companies in these Forums.

Miterr is a 3 rd young business person in the family. A go-getter by nature has an experience of over 12 years in Strategic Planning , Business Operations in Automobile Industry and Real Estate Sector. He adapted to the new upcoming trends and opportunities in, emerging renewable energy sector and focused on LED manufacturing. At the same time also focussed on electrical  equipment and IOT based monitoring systems and marketing, besides foraying into solar power. Mr. Miterr is a very dynamic, well read and travelled extensively for Marketing, Business Expansion and Relationship Management. He looks after all the Manufacturing aspects along with his father and a leads a very well- versed , trustworthy and professional team. Further, Mr. Miterr completed his schooling from The doon School and has graduated from St. Stephen’s College. He is a keen sports person having represented India in the Junior Basket Ball, playing against the best countries in the world.

Nishchay Miterr is a 3rd generation young business person in the family. A go-getter by nature has an experience of over 12 years in Strategic Planning, Business Operations in Automobile Industry and Real Estate Sector. He took opportunities in the emerging renewable energy sector and focused on LED manufacturing and marketing, besides foraying into solar power. Mr. Miterr is a very dynamic person and has travelled extensively for Marketing, Business Expansion and Relationship Management. He looks after all the Manufacturing aspects along with his father and leads a very well-versed, trustworthy and professional team.

He has been associated with the International Human Rights and Defence Committee (IHRDC-CIPDH) and is now serving as a Director for India. IHRDC promotes and protects human rights for all, IHRDC-CIPDH leads global human rights efforts speaks out objectively in the face of human rights violations worldwide.
